Religious Education Registration 2016-2017

What steps are necessary to register for Religious Education?

• Step 1: Select a class. Year 1 is for students in their first year of First Holy Communion preparation and/or students who have not been baptized or received FHC. Year 2 is for students in their second year of First Holy Communion preparation. Post Sacrament is for students in 3rd, 4th, or 5th grade who have received Baptism and FHC.
• Step 2: Click proceed to complete the registration process and submit online payment.
• Step 3: At least one parent attends one of the following Parent Meetings to obtain and complete additional program paperwork. Thursday, September 22 at 7:00pm in the Hall OR Thursday, September 29 at 4:00pm in the Hall.
• Step 4: For FHC Sacramental Preparation Year 1 students ONLY: Submit a copy of your child's Baptismal Certificate. Please bring this certificate to the Parent Meeting.

Is there a difference in the registration fee for in-parish and out-of-parish families?
No, the registration fees are the same for everyone.

• Registration - $125
• Year 2 FHC - $150 (includes a $25.00 sacrament processing fee)

All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Is there a price adjustment for families with more than one child in Religious Education?
No. Registration fees are the same for all students.

Can the registration fee be completed in payments?
No. Registration fees are paid online only and are paid in full at the time of registration via debit or credit cards through PayPal.

is there a MANDATORY Parent Meeting?

Yes, there are two Parent Meetings available and at least one parent must attend only ONE of these meetings.
Thursday, September 22 at 7:00pm in the Hall OR Thursday, September 29 at 4:00pm in the Hall.

When are Religious Education classes?
Classes are held on Thursdays from 4:00-5:30pm.  A schedule of all dates will be distributed at the Parent Meeting.

When do classes begin?
Religious Education classes begin on Thursday, September 29 at 4:00pm. Your child's catechist will notify you of classroom information prior to the first class.

When does registration close?
Registration closes on July 31, 2016 at 11:59pm or when classes are full.
